Cancellation and Return Policy

We are glad to offer you a 7-day return policy after the delivery of the product. Returns are possible only if,

  1. The product received by you is defective/damaged 
  2. The product is different from the item you have ordered.

The product should be unused with the original packaging.


Return Procedure

To initiate the return procedure follow the steps:

  • Send the product to the company via courier services.
  • We can also provide a pick-up return service.

To return via courier services 

Keep the bill (slip) attached to the product and send it to the below-mentioned address :

Points to be mentioned in the mail:

  • Name of the buyer
  • Product Name
  • An issue with the product – damage or different item.
  • Date of purchase
  • The option of return you have selected (courier/ pick-up).
  • Address of pick up (in pick up option).
  • Contact Number of the buyer
  • Picture or the video of the unboxing item ( attach in the mail) for the verification process.

Note :

  • Always make an unboxing video so that it ensures the product issues.
  • Do not remove the TAGS until you are fully satisfied with the product and do not want any kind of return.
