- The product received by you is defective/damaged
- The product is different from the item you have ordered.
The product should be unused with the original packaging.

To initiate the return procedure follow the steps:
- Send the product to the company via courier services.
- We can also provide a pick-up return service.

Points to be mentioned in the mail:
- Name of the buyer
- Product Name
- An issue with the product – damage or different item.
- Date of purchase
- The option of return you have selected (courier/ pick-up).
- Address of pick up (in pick up option).
- Contact Number of the buyer
- Picture or the video of the unboxing item ( attach in the mail) for the verification process.
Note :
- Always make an unboxing video so that it ensures the product issues.
- Do not remove the TAGS until you are fully satisfied with the product and do not want any kind of return.
